1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, bills, and accessories intact.
  • The product must be in the same condition as delivered, without any signs of damage, alteration, or wear.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Items bought during sales, offers, or discounts (unless defective)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Damaged items due to mishandling after delivery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@krishjewellery.in or call us at [Insert Contact Number] with your order ID, reason for return, and relevant photos (if the product is damaged).
  2. Our team will verify the request and, if approved, arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
  3. Pack the product securely and ensure it reaches us within 10 days of approval.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A refund will be initiated to your original payment method (bank/card/UPI).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Bank details will be requested upon approval.

5. Replacement & Exchange

  • In case of defective or incorrect products, we offer free replacement.
  • If a replacement is not available, we’ll issue a full refund.
  • Exchanges are only possible for the same item in case of size or defect issues, subject to stock availability.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping is free.
  • If the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible; you may request a return after delivery.
